Raouf Ghalayini holds a Master’s degree in Business and Management Studies and brings over 10 years of experience in the business and financial sectors. He began his career with PwC Dubai, where he served for five years as a Senior Associate, gaining extensive exposure to financial advisory and auditing practices. He then transitioned to the role of Senior Financial Controller at The First Group, a leading real estate investment firm in Dubai. Currently, Raouf leads the Business Consultancy Division at UBCS, where he oversees strategic advisory services, business transformation initiatives, and financial consulting for a diverse client base.
